What we collect. Your answers to the assessment, including anything you write in your own words. These are stored under a random identifier, with no name or address attached. If you complete the assessment, we also ask for your email address.
Why, and on what basis. We ask for your email address before showing your result. We use it to deliver your result, send you a copy to keep, remind you about a re-scan, and give you a way to have your data deleted. The legal basis is performance of a contract: the address is how the service reaches you. Your email address is stored separately from your answers, and the two are never joined.
The optional box. Ticking the box to receive practical advice is separate and entirely optional. You get your result whether or not you tick it, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We record whether you ticked it, and when.
How long. We keep your email address until you ask us to delete it, or three years after your last contact with us.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion. Email post@creatorrebuild.com. Your address and your answers are marked deleted immediately and removed permanently within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
